I work, part-time, for one of the largest home improvement center in the nation. I work in the tool rental department. Tonight,(04-26-10), I had closed numerous contracts, and then on my last one windows decided my password was invalid. The customer had to wait while I had our department head close the contract, using his ID and password. I then called IT and had my password reset.This is called customer service. It's a pity that a retailer this large has to rely on third rate software like windows.
